Podcasts for Libra Season

It’s Libra season, which is the season that reminds us to be sociable, harmonious, balanced, and to find beauty in our surroundings! Those with an abundance of Libra on their Natal Chart are the people who are mediators, empathetic, charming, compassionate, and romantic. Libra is an air sign that rules love, beauty, justice, and companionship.

Libra season runs from September 23rd - October 23rd (give or take a day, depending on the year). Libra reminds us that problems are solvable through generosity, social connection, and fairness. So, it’s a great time to listen to some podcasts that inspire you to make your life beautiful - whether that’s by working on your relationships, embodying grace and beauty, or simply taking time to appreciate your surroundings! Dive right in to my Libra season podcast recommendations below.

P.S. We have a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Libra on October 14th, which brings a powerful new beginning in Libra matters of love, relationships, beauty, and harmony. This New Moon is also a South Node eclipse, meaning something may need to be shed or revisited in order to embark on something new, and it is in opposition to Chiron, which brings a focus on healing old wounds.

“For 18 years, the Modern Love column has given New York Times readers a glimpse into the complicated love lives of real people. Ten Percent Happier with Dan Harris

“Dan Harris is a fidgety, skeptical journalist who had a panic attack on live national television, which led him to try something he otherwise never would have considered: meditation. He went on to write the bestselling book, 10% Happier. On this show, Dan talks with eminent meditation teachers, top scientists, and even the odd celebrity. On some episodes, Dan ventures into the deep end of the pool, covering subjects such as enlightenment and psychedelics. On other episodes, it’s science-based techniques for issues such as anxiety, productivity, and relationships. Dan's approach is seemingly modest, but secretly radical: happiness is a skill you can train, just like working your bicep in the gym. Your progress may be incremental at first, but like any good investment, it compounds over time.”

Give It to Me Straight with Jon and Alex

“Alex and Jon are known for their no bs advice. So they decided, ‘Hey, why not invite the world to listen to our unfiltered opinions on your relationship’. Alex and Jon have no idea what they’re talking about. Regardless if it’s good advice or bad advice, they’re always going to give it to you straight.”

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

“My name is Jay Shetty, and my purpose is to make wisdom go viral. I’m fortunate to have fascinating conversations with the most insightful people in the world, and on my podcast, I’m sharing those conversations with you.”
